Malouke Kuiper is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of Psychology and Law, focusing on law and human behavior at the Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam. She has a bachelor degree in Clinical Psychology, and a master degree in Legal Psychology.

In her research, she focuses on the relationship between social scientific empirical research and law, and the translation of social scientific research into criminal justice policy.
